ORGANISATIONAL

COACHING

LEADERSHIP

Our leadership coaching works with leaders as part of a complex system. The focus is on how leaders’ habitual ways of sensing, deciding and acting interact with the organisational dynamics they are embedded in.

We use complexity-informed methods as well as classical tools to establish baseline starting positions.

We partner in making current patterns visible and support structured experimentation, micro-shifts and an expanded range of action under real conditions of uncertainty.

In our work with teams and groups we focus on how patterns of interaction, decision-making, conflict and silence emerge in real time through relational dynamics.

We help teams notice and work with these dynamics as they unfold, creating conditions for different forms of coordination and sense-making to arise.

Coaching through a lens of complexity

Our approach to organisational coaching starts from a simple premise: organisations are not machines, cultures are not objects, and change does not happen through instruction or design.

Organisations are complex, living systems. Patterns of behaviour, meaning, power and leadership emerge through countless local interactions over time, in meetings, decisions, informal conversations, compromises, tensions and improvisations.

Organisational change, therefore, does not unfold primarily through instruction, redesign or large-scale programmes. It takes shape in the everyday micro-movements of a system: the small shifts in constraints, conversations, relationships and practices that gradually stabilise into new patterns.

Complexity coaching works at this level.

Uncertainty

Leaders have to act without knowing outcomes in advance. In complex environments, too many variables interact for prediction or control to hold. Patterns become visible only in retrospect.

Leadership, therefore, shifts from finding the right answer to shaping the next viable step: sensing what emerges, and adjusting constraints as the situation unfolds.

Uncertainty is part of the terrain. We help leaders orient and move within it.

Coaching across Roles:
Leaders, Teams and Groups

Within this frame, leadership coaching, team coaching and group work are not separate offerings but different entry points into the same organisational ecology.

One-to-one leadership coaching explores how individuals are entangled in the system they are trying to influence, and how their habitual ways of acting amplify or dampen existing patterns.

Team and group coaching focus on collective sense-making, on how coordination, conflict, silence and alignment are produced in real time. Across all formats, the work is less about insight or personal development in isolation and more about shifting the conditions under which new behaviour can emerge.

We help notice what is already happening, disturb unhelpful dynamics in safe-to-fail ways, and cultivate conditions in which different futures can grow.
