4. SenseMaker® Collector
When you participate in one of our SenseMaker® surveys (e.g. the Dilemma Mirror), your submission is collected anonymously. No personal data is requested or stored, and the data is processed on an EU-based server.

If you provide your email address separately to receive results, it is stored independently and never linked to your survey submission.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by EZC.Partners under the brand Complexity Partners, including workshops, coaching programmes, and consultancy services.
1. Registration and confirmation
Bookings for workshops or programmes must be made in writing (e.g. via email or registration form). You will receive written confirmation once your place is secured. A contract is considered binding upon confirmation.
2. Fees and payment
All prices are quoted in euros and are subject to applicable VAT (if any). Payment is due in full within 14 days of invoice date, or at the latest before the start of the event or service, whichever is earlier.
We reserve the right to exclude participants from events if payment has not been received on time.
3. Cancellation by the client
Workshops and online courses

Cancellation up to 30 days before the event: full refund

Cancellation 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund

Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: no refund
You may nominate a substitute participant at any time at no additional cost.
1:1 coaching or consulting sessions
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed in full, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation or changes by us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events for good reason (e.g. illness, force majeure, or insufficient registrations). In such cases, any fees already paid will be fully refunded. Further claims are excluded.
We also reserve the right to make minor changes to content, schedule, or facilitation without affecting the overall character of the event.
5. Copyright and materials
All materials shared during our courses or sessions (slides, handouts, methods) remain the intellectual property of EZC.Partners unless otherwise indicated. They are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client data and shared information with strict confidentiality. We expect the same discretion from participants regarding the contributions of others during group work.
7. Liability
Our services are offered with professional care. However, we assume no liability for the achievement of specific outcomes. Participation in our events is at your own risk. We accept no liability for personal injury or property damage unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and all contractual relations are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is the legal seat of EZC.Partners, unless otherwise required by law.
