The seminar room is in the adjacent building. It comfortably fits 15 people and has, at times, held up to 25. All modern conveniences are available, including a hot tub and an outdoor sauna in the garden.
The house sits in a large garden with a pond and old trees. There is ample space, indoors and out, for many kinds of activities.
The property lies in open countryside with rolling fields and hedges. Wildlife is present year-round, including geese, cranes, deer, foxes, eagles, and kites.

Sedlice u Blatné is a village, one hour south of Prague, in a nice, quiet countryside.
The former farmhouse located across the church provides an inviting enclosed universe shielded from the world's hurry and even the village itself.
The compound offers closed courtyard space for focused work as well as an open garden in the back.
The house offers 6 rooms, 5 bathrooms, a sauna and a large communal kitchen and gathering room. It can accommodate up to 13 guests (some in shared rooms).

Nearby train station offering reasonable access is Strakonice, but a more convenient option will be the bus service available from Prague. There are several buses to Sedlice or nearby villages every day, more on weekends. Help with transport is easy to arrange.
