INTEGRITY COURSE
3,5-Day Residential
A field course in coherence
This guided course treats integrity as a working condition, not a place you inhabit. We work with the gap between who you are and how you actually act. We start small, with the inconsistencies most people learn to live around. We approach personal integrity as internal coherence: the alignment, often subtle, between what you sense, feel, think and do.
It starts from everyday moments: noticing when you said yes but knew it was a no, or when your action didn’t quite match what felt true.
Through direct practice, participants begin to recognise these small fractures in real time and discover what it means to act without that internal split.
Who This Course Is For
This course is suited for people who want to have a start in this kind of personal work.
They
-
sense that they sometimes overstep their own "no".
-
feel what is true, but don't follow it yet consistently
-
pass over intuitions
-
can feel something doesn't sit right, but can't always name it
-
notice that something inside and something outside is bumping into each other
-
would like to experience less internal noise and explanations
Participants learn to notice
-
Where the friction in their lives actually comes from
-
how the body registers something being off - often before the mind catches up
-
How explaining and blaming quietly costs energy
-
How the same situations tend to keep happening, and their part in it
-
the inner tensions that pull in opposite directions and how to work with them.
Before you arrive
Each participant receives a personalised Enneagram profile and a one-on-one debrief session.
We use the Enneagram not as a typology, but as a way in: a starting point for noticing your own patterns more clearly.
WHAT THIS IS ABOUT
Integrity is one of those words many people associate with morals or ideals.
What drew us to it is something much simpler: the very real effect it has on how much energy, clarity, and presence a person has in daily life.
When you’re in integrity, fewer parts of you are pulling in different directions. You’re not justifying yourself, managing impressions, or maintaining inconsistent accounts of yourself.
Energy that used to go into self-explanation, avoidance, or inner conflict becomes available again.
In our understanding, this work is about the degree to which a person is internally coherent and undivided: how clearly perception, thinking, feeling, and action align in real situations.
Integrity work attends to these fine-grained moments.
This work is experiential, reflective, and precise about subtle detail. It is paced to let insight translate into practice, with an emphasis on responsibility, self-observation, and direct attention to what is actually present.
